By installing the evaporative cooling system where direct air and water contact is taking place, the mass of intake air is increased and temperature is reduced, results in higher output at the given ambient conditions. The initial cost of evaporative cooling system is low, the pay back period is small.
Muti Stage Cooling:
This equipment can work during all the three seasons with the best performance and save large amount of power and water. In summers it works on 100% fresh air on direct indirect cooling system. In monsoon, it works with chiller with return air. While in winters, either hot water is used on the inside heat is used by recirculating the air. This system has to be installed based on the special requirements.
